Beats And Brunch, A New Genre Of Dining At Lafite, Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur

Another new thing is happening in Lafite. And this time, Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur brings you with their new theme – Beats and Brunch. The a new concept of dining at Lafite, Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur which will debut on Sunday, 6 August 2017 between 12noon to 3pm.

The brunch will feature an array of ‘all-you-can-eat’ contemporary French cuisine with delicious entrées, mains, desserts and a la minute delights prepared by Executive Chef Olivier Pistre. This will be paired with live DJ music and free flow of champagne, wine and cocktails.

Start off your brunch with the variety of awesome delights from the freshly shucked Cadoret oysters, eggs with smoked salmon and the chef’s signature appetisers such as cold cherry tomato shooters, gratinated lobster thermidor and more.

Seared Hokkaido Scallops
Slow Cooked Lamb Shoulder

The mains are made up of six gourmet specialities such as Smoked Cohiba Grilled Wagyu Beef, Slow Cooked Lamb Shoulder, Seared Hokkaido Scallops, Pan Seared Atlantic Cabillaud, Eggs Parfait and Grilled Octopus.

The dessert menu consists of French rum baba made out of orange, rum and raspberry gel, assorted eclairs and more. Free flow of Veuve Clicquot champagne, Terrazas Reserva Chardonnay, Terrazas Reserva Malbec and a variety of cocktails from the Belvedere Spritz Collection will also be served.

Beats and Brunch at Lafite is priced at RM 499 nett per person and will be taking place every first Sunday of the month, from 12noon to 3pm starting 6 August 2017. The following brunch sessions will be on 3 September, 1 October, 5 November and 3 December 2017.
