The steamboat here comes with the choice of Mala ( Spicy, or Half Spicy), Seafood Soup, Chinese Herbal Soup, Pickled Cabbage Fish Soup, Pork Bone Soup, Pork Herbal Soup, Bamboo Fungus Soup and Mushroom Chicken Soup.
Well, being a Malaysia, we love to have both combination in one pot as so, we have the Mala Soup and another is the Pork Herbal Soup. And in here The SiChuan broth served you with the flavored with chili peppers and other strong-tasting herbs and spices. The main ingredients include hot pepper, Chinese crystal sugar, and wine to make the awesome-spicy broth. According to the owner, the recipe here was originated all the way from China.
