Lucky Cuisine @ Kota Damansara : A taste of Si Chuan

July 15, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

Are you a spicy lover? Yes? You should visit Lucky Cuisine for your SiChuan Delicacies. Sichuan food is most well-known for its hot and spicy flavour and you will definite to get this from here.
And recently , we had visited a nice cozy restaurant in Kota Damansara that served authentic Si Chuan Delicacies. And Ma La Steamboat is something worth to try here. The steamboat here comes with the choice of Mala ( Spicy, or Half Spicy), Seafood Soup, Chinese Herbal Soup, Pickled Cabbage Fish Soup, Pork Bone Soup, Pork Herbal Soup, Bamboo Fungus Soup and Mushroom Chicken Soup.
Well, being a Malaysia, we love to have both combination in one pot as so, we have the Mala Soup and another is the Pork Herbal Soup. And in here The SiChuan broth served you with the flavored with chili peppers and other strong-tasting herbs and spices. The main ingredients include hot pepper, Chinese crystal sugar, and wine to make the awesome-spicy broth. According to the owner, the recipe here was originated all the way from China.
Enjoy your steamboat with the wide variety ingredients to go together with your steamboat. You will never go wrong with the seafood selection that is being served where they have the Baby Abalone, Australia Scallop, River Prawn, Fresh Frog, Gui Fei Abalone, Promfret Fish, Scallop, Dory Fish, Sea Cucumber and many more. Enjoy the fresh ingredients to be added to the spicy broth.
As for meat wise, grab this awesomelicious beef slice, Lamb Slice, Spicy Beef Slice, Tender Beef Slice, Pork Belly, Pork Slice, Chicken Breast, Pork Kidney, Luncheon Meat, Pork Tripe, Pork Intestine, Intestines (San Cheong), Pork Brains, Pork Liver, Pork Blood Cake and Hunan Bacon.
Not to be missed is the balls, comes with 13 choices of balls to go with it. Never miss out their bouncy foo chow meat ball, salmon fish ball, fish ball and dumplings to name a few.
And of course, steamboat would be great with some mushrooms and veges too.Help yourself with good wide choices of veges from the Lotus, Parsley, Brocolli, Baby Cabbage, Lettuce, Bamboo Shoots, Corn, Onion, Pumpkin, Watercress, Bayam, Spinach, Yao Mak, Sweet Potatoes, Grass Mushroom, Button Mushroom, Abalone Mushroom, Enoki (Golden Needle Mushroom), Wood Fungus, Water Mushroom and White Mushroom to name a few.
After a good bursting sensation of Ma-Lat, slurps in some noodles too. Grab the unique choices of noodles from their selection such as the Potato Noodles, Egg Noodles, Spinach Noodles, Yee Mee, Bee Hoon and Tang Hoon. 3 Types of eggs; Fresh Egg, Quail’s Egg and Century Egg.
Besides SiChuan Mala Steamboat, Lucky Cuisine Restaurant also do serves Authentic SiChuan dishes and what we could say it, it taste the same as the one in China that we have tasted before.
