Fruity Summer Fun with Students’ Specials at Three on Canton

Cool off this summer with luscious fresh fruits at Three on Canton. From now until 31 August 2017, our chefs will be getting creative with vitamin-rich exotic seasonal fruits in an array of refreshing appetisers, main dishes and desserts during the nightly dinner buffet. A Fruity Summer High Tea Set and frozen summer cocktails will also be served during the period.

Students’ specials: Every Monday to Thursday from now until 31 August 2017, students presenting a valid student ID card can enjoy 50% off lunch and dinner buffets. 50% off is based on the adult price and a maximum of 10 students can enjoy the offer per table.

Craving something naturally sweet and refreshing to combat the hot weather? Chefs at Three on Canton will prepare delicious summery appetisers, including Watermelon with goat cheese, Grilled tropical fruit with almond ricotta sauce, Couscous and summer fruit salad, Grilled sausage and peaches and many more.

Nutrient-packed fruits are also incorporated into savoury hot dishes, such as Wok-fried spare ribs with strawberry sauce, Salmon with tropical fruit salsa, Golden fried pork loin stuffed with tropical fruit and Roast honey ham with caramel and pineapple.

Three on Canton’s pastry chefs are hand-crafting a selection of seasonal fruit desserts to indulge your sweet tooth. Must-try treats include a Summer fruit eclair, Tropical fruit pizza and Chocolate fountain with fresh fruit.

In addition, Be on Canton terrace introduces five types of frozen slushy cocktails to quench a summer thirst. Green colada, Peach slush, Lava island, Frozen rainbow and Passion cooler are priced at HK$108 per glass. Instead of classic beer or wine, these delicious fruit cocktails are perfect for warm days and nights.

The Fruity Summer High Tea Set at Three on Canton features 10 sweet and savoury delights, such as Bruschetta with parma ham and melon, Grilled watermelon with mozzarella cheese and white wine jelly and Mango and shrimp cocktail served with a waffle cup. Refined desserts by our talented pastry chefs include Mango custard, Strawberry red wine jelly, Banana cake with passion fruit filling, Summer fruit éclair, Pineapple chocolate mousse tart, Macaron and Blackcurrant scone with clotted cream and jam. The three-tied tea set can be enjoyed at Three on Canton or the Be on Canton alfresco terrace between 3:00pm and 5:00pm daily. Priced at HK$488* for two persons, it comes with two glasses of coffee or tea, scented floral tea, cocktail or mocktail.
