“Seribu Satu Rasa” bersama Chef Ammar, Ramadan at Sama-Sama Hotel KL International Airport

In the month of Ramadhan, Sama-Sama Hotel KL International Airport will be featuring “Seribu Satu Rasa” Ramadan buffet for berbuka puasa with celebrity guest chef Ammar.

Chef Ammar an expert in Arabic Lebanese cuisines will be lined-up a series of his signature dishes alongside with a range popular local dishes for berbuka puasa.

Interesting highlights on Chef Ammar’s specialty at the action stalls” are such as the rotating menu series of Roasted Spicy Whole Lamb with Mandi Rice & Cream Mint, Roasted Spicy Whole Lamb with Kabsah Spice Cream Sauce, Roasted Spicy Whole Lamb with Herbal Rice, Chicken Sharwarma with Sumak Onion, Tahini Sauce, Garlic Mayonnaises, Slice Tomato & Arabic Bread and Falafel with condiments.

Other highlights of Chef Ammar’s signature dishes on the buffet are Salad & Cold Appetizers; Hummus Bairuty, Greek Salad, Cucumber with Yoghurt, Fatoush, Arabic Salad, Tomato Tahini Salad, a selection of soups and Hot Starters such as Assorted Arabic Bakery Bourke with Spinaches, Tahini Parsley Sauce, Potato with Coriander & Garlic and Mince Lamb and more.

Chef Ammar’s main courses are not too be missed, they are Chef Ammar’s Chicken Beraini, Samakeh Harrah with Garden Rice, Kabsa Rice with Chicken & Mixed Nuts, Lamb Mandi, Lamb Kuffta Tahini Sauce, Chicken with Bukahra Rice, OUZI Rice & Roasted Lamb Leg, Beef Kuffta with Tahini Sauce, Tomato & Potato and Fish Rice Mixed Vegetables with Tomato Sauce & Chicken.

The sweet temptations are a must to complete a delicious meal, Chef Ammar has lined up an Assortment of Mixed Baklava, Backed Muhalabiah with Mixed Nuts (milk pudding), Um Ali, Rice Pudding, Semolina Pudding and Semolina Cake.

In addition, local Malaysian favourite dishes will be also featured on the buffet with buka puasa goodies such as buah kurma, kuih-muih and a selection of drinks.

For guests who wish to perform their Maghrib, Isha’ and Tarawih prayers, separate male and female prayer rooms are also available.

The “Seribu Satu Rasa” Ramadan buffet dinner is available from 6.30pm to 10.30pm and priced at RM125.00nett per person/adult and RM60nett per child (below 12 years).
