Have an Epicurean Experience and a Suite Stay this Valentine’s Day at The Langham, Hong Kong

Celebrate the most romantic day of the year with a delicious rendezvous and a suite retreat at The Langham, Hong Kong hotel. Each restaurant will be offering specially created delicacies for couples to savour every sweet moment, along with a romantic getaway package to celebrate Valentine’s Day.
Bostonian Seafood and Grill

The master chefs of the Bostonian Seafood and Grill set an appetising stage for a romantic rendezvous. Presenting a five-course set menu, guests will enjoy an exquisite presentation that is guaranteed to impress loved ones. Each couple will receive a complimentary glass of champagne and will start their culinary affair with a special amuse bouche – Rose, Ginger, and Yuzu-infused Hokkaido Scallop. Camouflaged within the centre of a pink rose, guests will enjoy a delicate display that is almost too pretty to eat. Another romantic gesture on the menu is the Cherry Mon Amour dessert. Presented as cherries with an exterior glaze, expect a sweet mixture of cherry, kirsch fruit brandy and pistachio.
The special Valentine’s set menu is priced at HK$1,188 per person and available for a minimum of two dinner patrons on 14 February 2017 only.

Palm Court

Indulge in a range of colourful emotions with the 50 Shades of Pink Afternoon Tea at the Palm Court lounge. Executive Pastry Chef Matthieu Godard has created a selection of edible pink shades from Carmine made of sablé breton, vanilla cremeux, and mixed berries, to Cerise featuring cherry mousse, lemon curd and homemade biscuit. The experience continues with a savoury assortment of “pseudo” tomatoes with fillings of smoked salmon and cream cheese, chicken with Dijon mustard and green pea hummus with sesame paste. The Palm Court bakery will also serve a warm selection of plain and golden raisin scones, Devonshire clotted cream, and organic strawberry and rose preserves.
The 50 Shades of Pink Afternoon Tea is available from 11 to 14 February 2017 and priced at HK$598 for two persons.
T’ang Court

Fall in love over a heart-warming Valentine’s experience at three Michelin-star T’ang Court. Working with only the finer ingredients in life, the culinary maestros prepare a sensory-inspired authentic menu that has been carefully crafted for this special day. From the rejuvenating Double Boiled Fish Maw with Sea Whelk and Chicken Soup and Braised Dried Abalone with Bêche-de-Mer, to the Double Boiled Imperial Bird’s Nest with Almond Juice, splurge on the six-course degustation menu for a night to remember.
The menu is priced at HK$1,780 per person and exclusively available on the evening of 14 February 2017.
The Food Gallery

The Food Gallery restaurant spreads the love by featuring the finest buffet this Valentine’s Day. On the evening of 14 February 2017, every dining guest will enjoy a pink welcome drink to celebrate the occasion and feast on the best assortment of savoury and sweet fare. Every two dinner buffet patrons will also receive an exclusive pink chocolate fondue set served with various heart-shaped cake pops, fresh fruits and sweet marshmallows. 
The Valentine’s dinner buffet is priced at HK$648 per person with a minimum booking of two persons and available only on the night of 14 February 2017.
Main St. Deli

Lovebirds looking for a casual night should cosy up with Main St. Deli’s comfort food. Preparing a four-course set menu, guests can tuck in to the Maine Crab and Rose Essence Butternut Squash Soup, along with a choice of the Roasted Rack of Lamb or the Mustard and Sesame Crusted Sea Bass Fillet Linguini with Lobster Cream Sauce. Completing the night is the not-to-be-missed Lover’s Dessert.
The set dinner is available on 14 February 2017 and priced at HK$998 for two persons.
Artesian bar

Have a taste of an intoxicating February with the Artesian bar’s Adorable Fizz cocktail. Exuding an enticing pink hue for visual appeal, this special love potion is a blend of Eden Mill Love Gin, Akvavit, St-Germain Elderflower, rose syrup and lemon juice.
This concoction is priced at HK$142 per glass and is offered throughout the month of February at the Artesian bar and the Bostonian Seafood and Grill.
