REUNION CHINESE SET MENU AT THE EMPEROR CHINESE RESTAURANT

 

Serving you exquisite dishes fit for an emperor; join us and dine like one from 1 January to 12 February 2017. Ranging from RM 1, 188.00nett – RM 1, 888.00nett per table of 8-10 persons, allow our Chinese Master Chef to entice you with an extensive 8 – 9 course set menu. Pair dishes such as Crispy Roasted Duck, Pan –Fried Scallops stuffed with Prawn Paste, Wok-Fried Jumbo Prawns with Golden Garlic, Steamed Silver Pompano Fish and many more with a bottle of wine courtesy of Dorsett Grand Subang.
 
TOSS FOR PROSPERITY YEE SANG
2017 is the year of the Fire Rooster! This New Year, invite your loved ones to toss for success, prosperity, health and all things auspicious with our Jelly Fish Yee Sang, Salmon Yee Sang, Soft Shell Crab Yee Sang or Baby Abalone Yee Sang! Half portions are priced at RM 68.00nett – RM 138.00nett and full portions start from RM 98.00nett – RM 258.00nett.
 
REUNION DINNER AT TERAZZA BRASSERIE
Chinese New Year does not necessarily mean you have to feast on Chinese food. For those who prefer an international touch for their reunion dinner, our all day dining restaurant; Terazza Brasserie is offering a buffet spread at only RM 138.00nett per person! Serving from 6.30pm to 10.30pm on 27 January 2017.

BRUNCH
Our Chinese New Year Brunch is not to be missed. At only RM 98.00nett per person, you will be spoiled with choices as our chefs’ prepare to tickle your taste buds with at least 50 varieties of delicacies! Satisfy your cravings with appetizers, soups, dim sum, mains and desserts. We also have our very own “Creation Counter” for you to make your own Yee Sang. Catch our chefs in action as they prepare Hainanese Chicken Rice and carve Roasted Peking Duck for you to relish. Serving on 28 January 2017 from Noon to 4.30pm.
 
BUFFET DINNER
Terazza Brasserie is the place to be on 28 January 2017. Enjoy an array of mouthwatering dishes from around the world, cooked and prepared with love by our chefs at RM 118.00nett per person. The highlight of the night would be the Roasted Whole Baby Lamb. Definitely a Chinese New Year Buffet Dinner that is unlike the rest!
