Giant Estuary Grouper Buffet Promotion @ Makan Kitchen , Double Tree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur

Makan Kitchen at Double Tree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur is indeed one of the best buffet places in town. Located just next to The Intermark, Makan Kitchen is showcasing the diverse dining culture of Malaysia where the speciality chefs prepared with a touch of theatre and flair with the siz of the country iconic cuisine. As this time around, we are there this round to enjoy their new featured which is their Giant Estuary Grouper.
Recognised with the monstrous size which is averaging at 23kg to 25 kg; the meat still remains delicate  and this is why that they are known as  the Goliath of the sea that will be transformed into five distinctively Malaysian favourite dishes to enjoy.
1. Fish Bone Soup with Giant Estuary Grouper Carpaccio
Cooked for 4 hours in consistent temperature, the meat gives off the smooth, full bodied and velvety soup texture making the soup very flavourful with the added of peppercorns and ginger with it.
2. Giant Estuary Grouper Congee with Dried Oyster 

One of a simple dish to enjoy here w. The simple dish which brings you a great flavours where each of the grain of rice is infused with the wonderful flavours combining the taste from the dried oysters.

 

3. Giant Estuary Grouper in “Asam Pedas” Kawah Style
Bringing you a taste of Malaysian, the bowl of sourish delights that comes with the completely premium collagen on the skin when they are wonderfully gelatinous when stewed.
4. Stir Fried  Giant Estuary Grouper with Ginger and Scallions 
Bringing you with a new heights of frying fish as you crunch into the crispy and juicy flesh of the grouper and it is complete with the thick gelatinous skin. The bites comes amazingly good where meats is flaky while the skin is crispy and also flavourful. An awesome combination.

5. Steamed Giant Estuary Grouper with Blended Soy Sauce

Enjoy them when it is steaming hot where you can get a taste of firm and bouncy texture.  It is completed with the sweetness flavour from the grouper taste in it. Just awesomely done.

Asides from this gastronomy dining experience, fish lovers can also enjoy an array of 80 dinner dishes from Chinese, Indian and Malay selection. Enjoy every mouthful of dishes here from the Tandoori Chicken, Signature Roasted Duck, Currys,and also the desserts.

 

The grand dinner feast available on Fridays and Saturdays; starting from November 4 till December 30 2016, priced at RM 145 nett per person.
