August 18, 2016 by StrawberrY Gal

Step into the world of elegance and sophistication when you are dining in the lovely Chinese Restaurant (non-halal) in Empire Shopping Mall where the restaurant brings you with the lovely Cantonese cuisine. Located at Level 1 , it is easily accessible via Empire Shopping Gallery. The restaurant brings you with the sleek and chic concepts and Di Wei Chinese Cuisine Restaurant is well decorated with the beautiful interior , floor to ceiling glass windows.

In Empire Hotel, you will be blessed with all the good food.  One of a must to go for is of course their Signature Dim Sum. Their dim sum is price fro RM 11.30 onwards.

Steamed Signature Prawn Dumpling
The signature dumpling comes simply good and delicious.Love the huge prawn dumpling with the dried scallops,  with some vege in it.The taste is simply amazing with the complete juiciness in it. Give you with a melts in the mouth sensation,

Deep Fried Dumpling.
One word to describe, PERFECT. The handmade dumpling by their chef with the huge pluppy prawn inside, coated with the wantan skin and deep fried till perfection. The bites is just so good and love the crispy bites of it.

Pan Fried Carrot Cake
Enjoy their uniquely good pan fried carrot cake. The taste with a twist where you can get some Chinese West Meat in it.  With the added thinly minced west meat in it, it give you the

Double Boiled Carp Fish Soup with Green Apple
Boiled for 6 hours, the soup is amazing good. It Is well boiled till perfection where the soup left with the sweetness in it. Light taste and yet refreshing.

Roasted Crispy Pork Belly Accompanied Honey Glazed Barbeque Pork.
Enjoy the lovely plate of crispy pork belly with the Honey Glazed Barbecue Pork. The lovely 3 layer pork belly is simply awesome. The cracking bites of crispy skin is just what I love the most. Awesomely good. And also, the Honey Glazed Barque Pork is so tender and moist. Well marinated with the sweet taste in it. Sides with the mustard sauce.

Flat Rice Noodles with Prawn in Egg Sauce
The flat rice noodles is simply good and topped with the huge pluppy prawn with it. The noodles are silky and good and make a good match with the egg sauce.

Chilled Chrysanthemum Jelly in Dragon Fruits
Love how this is served. Presentation wise is very beautiful and unique. Love how it is done and the taste is simply refreshing.

Chef Homemade Snow Skin Mooncake

Celebrated on the 15th day of the eight month in the Chinese lunar calendar, when the moon is at its roundest, the moon-cake festival is all about family unity and strengthening ties with friends. Making its debut this year is the distinctly local Mini Golden Corn Snowskin. Also available are the ever-popular Mini Peach and Pandan Snowskin, Mini Green Tea and Red Bean Paste Snowskin, and Mini Bamboo Charcoal and Black Sesame Paste Snowskin. And they are priced from RM 8 onwads.

Overall, the food here is amazingly good and premium ingredients. Overall, it is indeed a decent great meal to enjoy here.
