Epson is empowering small businesses with its Next Generation EcoTank series of printers

August 21, 2025 by StrawberrY Gal

Epson, the No.1 Ink Tank printer company worldwide , has launched its new All-in-One Ink Tank Series with the L4360, L6370 and L6390. These printers offer high-quality, low-cost printing solutions to meet the unique needs of small businesses.

With rising costs a primary concern for 72.2% of SMEs, businesses today are seeking better value through more cost-effective and efficient solutions. They need to maintain profitability and better manage expenses without compromising operational quality and efficiency.

Epson’s Next Generation EcoTank Series meets this need, with the new L4360, L6370 and L6390 models succeeding the L4260, L6270 and L6290 printers, respectively. Featuring Heat-Free Technology, these printers eliminate heat-dependent ink ejection, enabling instant printing and reduced energy use. Enhanced durability and faster workflows ensure greater efficiency, while lower power demands and up to 84% fewer consumables  align with sustainable business practices.

Compact design with guaranteed extended durability

The enhanced design highlights both form and function, boasting a sleek two-tone colour scheme that blends into any office or home business. The new and innovative status light provides real-time guidance on the printer’s operation, keeping users informed throughout the printing process. The updated models also feature a more compact footprint, at dimensions of 37.5 x 34.7 x 18.7cm. The L4360 weighs only 5.2kg, the L6370 is 7.2kg and the L6390 comes in at 7.3kg.

To ensure maximum value for businesses, these printers offer guaranteed extended durability of up to 50,000 prints for the L4360, and 100,000 prints for the L6370 and L6390. This robust performance ensures reliable and high-quality output, making them the ideal solution for businesses seeking long-term productivity and product longevity.

Enhanced performance for greater productivity

With faster print speeds, the series delivers improved printing performance. The L4360 can print up to 15 images per minute (ipm) for monochrome documents and up to 8 ipm for colour prints, making it 43% faster than its predecessor. Meanwhile, the L6370 and L6390 achieve 18 ipm for monochrome documents and up to 9 ipm for colour prints, 16% faster than the previous models.

The L6370 and L6390 are equipped with additional auto duplex scanning and copying capabilities, simplifying printing workflows and increasing efficiency. These models support scanning of up to 30 sheets of A4-sized paper in half the time required to handle double-sided documents.

These performance upgrades enable enhanced productivity with superior printing speed and automation, making them the go-to option for businesses seeking efficient printing solutions.

Exceptional print quality at a low cost

To meet the needs of home offices and small businesses, the new models deliver professional-grade results with true-to-life skin tones and vibrant colour prints, alongside rich black monochrome output for sharp text and striking grayscale graphics. Capable of capturing intricate details and handling high-resolution images, the compact series ensures precision in every project. The L4360, L6370 and L6390 feature high-yield ink bottles (8,500 black / 6,500 colour pages) for a lower cost-per-print ratio , while a simplified ink tank design allows direct access via the front cover, with no heavy lifting required.

Seamless and streamlined user experience

With these new models, seamless connectivity and PC-free printing are enabled with Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi Direct. The Epson Smart Panel application features an intuitive mobile interface, enabling users to set up the printer easily and monitor ink levels effortlessly.

To further support productivity, the new EcoTank series require fewer replacement parts, reducing periodic parts replacement downtime. All three models come with a replaceable maintenance box (MTB), allowing users to swap it out independently without needing to visit a service centre. Additionally, the upgraded outer case design simplifies the maintenance process, enabling users to detach the MTB directly without the need for screws, making upkeep easier than ever.

“Epson remains committed to providing high-quality and efficient printing solutions that support businesses in their daily operations,” said Morikawa Tomohito, Managing Director of Epson Malaysia, “With the next generation EcoTank Printer series, we have faster performance, enhanced durability and user-friendly features that are combined to improve productivity in today’s economy, ensuring businesses can remain competitive and sustainable.”

The new Epson L4360, L6370 and L6390 EcoTank Printers will be available for sale in Malaysia from September 2025 onwards. Visit Epson’s website or contact the nearest Epson Authorised Dealer store around you for more information.
