MOONCAKE EXPLORATION AT ZUAN YUAN CHINESE RESTAURANT ONE WORLD HOTEL, PETALING JAYA

One World Hotel Petaling Jaya goes over the moon with a medley of celebratory pastries by Chef Jordan Chin this mid autumn festival. Making its debut this year at Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant are the Musang King Durian, Dragon Fruit, and Yam with Lotus Paste mooncake.

Handcrafted mooncakes are the forte of this master chef as he proffers 18 baked and snow skin delights this season using only the finest ingredients. Purist will love the classic baked version such as the Pure White Lotus, White Lotus with Single Yolk, Supreme Mix Nut, and the White Lotus with Black Sesame which command a strong following yearly.

Fans of all ages can expect to be thoroughly spoilt for choice as the selection is tailored for all including the health – conscious with Sugar Cane Free options. Other highlight includes the Deep Fried Teo Chew Yam Paste with Single Yolk and, the Red Bean Paste and Pumpkin Skin.

A special counter will be set up in the hotel lobby to showcase the wide repertoire of these enticing creations. It is available in individual pieces or encased in a decadent gift box, made with exclusive gifting in mind.
