The Marina Bay Sands’ three-day culinary extravaganza returns from 12-14 August 2016 at Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Level 1 (Hall A, B, and C) and aims to be the best edition yet.
Packed with new offerings this year, the festival introduces award-winning restaurant Yardbird Southern Table & Bar, an expanded farmer’s market and a collection of complimentary and paid masterclasses by Singapore’s leading wine and spirits experts. Also making their debut and one-time only appearance are restaurants from the Venetian Macao, North and Michelin star Indian restaurant, The Golden Peacock.
This year’s special appearances will include Yardbird Southern Table & Bar’s founder and CEO John Kunkel who will personally dish out his restaurant’s acclaimed Southern fare to hungry diners. Cooking demonstrations will also be led by renowned chefs Daniel Boulud, Nancy Silverton, David Myers, Tetsuya Wakuda, David Thompson and Justin Quek.
Beyond food, cocktail lovers will also be delighted to know that Proof & Company will be launching their retail brand, EC Proof, at Epicurean Market.
