RAMADHAN @ MELATI, DORSETT GRAND SUBANG

May 19, 2016 by StrawberrY Gal

Selera Kampung brings back the nostalgia of home, through authentic Malaysian cuisine and décor. The daily rotation of buffet options range from appetisers to desserts, that will leave you more than satisfied and here we enjoy the delightful Ramadhan menu in Dorsett Grand Subang.

Start your meals with the variety of appetizers where you will enhance your tastebuds with the delicious sambal manga, Sambal mangga, sambal tomato, cencalok, budu dan tempoyak. Not just that, their kerabu variety are quite a lot too where tempt yourself till the fullest with those delicious scrumptious Ulam-ulaman segar, Kerabu Jantung pisang and many more.

One must not missed of course their soup selection. Enjoy the fragrant delicious flavourful soup like the Sup tulang kambing berkentang, Sup isi ketam dengan jagung manis and also their signature Sup gearbox.

We also enjoyed the variety of mains that is served which inclusive of the signature Nasi Briyani gam ayam, Sambal sotong petai, Ikan keli salai berlada, Braised baby kai lan with garlic oyster sauce, Roasted whole lamb with mandy rice, Mee rebus dengan iringan to name a few. I love the Nasi Briyani which is amazingly good and flavourful. The Mee Rebus is another must try in their buffet too.

Moving on to desserts, enjoy their lovely local fruits and also the local kuih muih. They have a wide variety of local fruits to enjoy together with the Onde onde, Seri muka, Bubur cha cha dengan keledek and many more.

As diners are well into their feast, Geng Wak Long will entertain diners with their musical prowess which range from Kelantanese Traditional music to Malaysian pop music. They will be performing exclusively in Dorsett Grand Subang for the entire month of Ramadhan.
Along with live entertainment, from Friday to Sunday, diners will have the opportunity to win prizes from our weekly lucky draw generously donated by our sponsors.
