MANDARIN ORIENTAL, KUALA LUMPUR LAUNCHES CITY CENTRE FAMILY FUN OFFER

May 27, 2016 by StrawberrY Gal

Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur has launched a room package for families who want to explore the city centre’s many child-friendly attractions. The Family Fun offer combines the comforts and high standards of service at the hotel with an opportunity for guests to take their children to exciting and educative attractions nearby that include museums, oceanarium and sky-high city viewing point.

Located in the heart of the Malaysian capital’s business and shopping districts, Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur is ideal for families seeking adventure and entertainment in the city. Nearby attractions include Petrosains, a Science Discovery Centre that uses a fun, interactive approach to tell the story of science and technology in the petroleum industry.

Symbolizing a gateway to the future, the iconic PETRONAS Twin Towers provides a perfect vantage point from its Skybridge to view Kuala Lumpur. Other city centre sights include Dinoscovery at Discoveria Avenue K, 13,000 sq feet of ever-changing, world-class dinosaur exhibits and attractions. Combining state-of-the-art interactivity with good old-fashioned fun its 22 animated dinosaurs roar as they move about the green foliage.

For aqua enthusiasts, the Aquaria KLCC, a 60,000 square foot oceanarium showcasing more than 5,000 different exhibits of aquatic and land-bond creatures is located less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

In the evening, families can take a stroll along the tree-lined paths and flowering gardens of Kuala Lumpur City Centre Park and enjoy the nightly entertainment at the KLCC Lake Symphony Fountain, which is held at 8, 9 and 10pm daily.

Valid until 10 July 2016, with daily rates starting from MYR 749++, the Family Fun package includes:
·         Daily buffet breakfast for two persons at Mosaic

·         Second room for children at 50% saving

A minimum two nights stay is required. Rate quoted is subject to 10% service charge and 6% Good and Services tax (GST). For reservations, please visit www.mandarinoriental.com, contact Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur at +60(3) 2179 8818 or email [email protected].
