OKONOMI JAPANESE DINING @ PUBLIKA (REVISIT)

March 28, 2016 by StrawberrY Gal

One of the nice place to dine with quality sushi and unique Japanese eateries here. The name “Okonomi” comes from the same Japanese word meaning ‘as you like’. We had visited them sometime ago  and this round our visit brings us with loads of surprises.

Soft Shell Crab Salad (RM 23.90)
The delicious soft shell crab salad comes amazingly good with the crispy bites of the softshell crab, avocado, Japanese cucumber and served over with the mixed green and cherry tomato. Perfectly good especially how they made it.

Tamago Mentaiyaki (RM 12.90)
This is amazingly good. The fresh tamago cubes s topped with the flamed mentaiko and ebiko. I am impressed with the flavourful tamago which is simply good.

The firecracker (RM 21.90)
Bringing you with spicy sensation, the firecracker sushi is definite to make your lips burns. Combination of uramaki, seaweed, white rice, spicy tuna, avocado, Japanese cucumber, bird’s eye chili, tongarashi and spicy mentai sauce.

Tempura Squid (RM 25.90)
For those who love some deep fried item, the tempura is amazingly good. This is where the squid is being battered and deep fried till perfection. Deliciously good and every bites

Chicken Gratin (RM 18.90)
Enjoy their lovely platter of rice where we had the generous portion of the juicy chicken and mixed mushrooms in a rich cream sauce. The chicken meat comes simply tender and juicy which every mouthful comes perfectly good as it is.

Spicy Seafood Pasta (RM 21.90)
Filled your tummy with the delicious spicy pasta. The absolutely delicious pasta comes awesomely good where they are topped with the scallops , succulent prawns, crabmeat and salmon tossed in a zesty garlc and olive oil sauce. Topped with bird’s eye chilies.

Salmon Sashimi (RM 25.90)
Enjoy their premium sashimi too where each mouthful of the salmon comes amazingly good. Moist and melts in the mouth. Delicious !

Strawberry Parfiat (RM18.90)
Enjoy the delicious Strawberry Parfiat where the strawberry jelly is topped with the soft serve vanilla ice cream with layer of corn flakes, a scoop of strawberry ice cream, fresh strawberries , parmesan cheesecake and topped with the whipped cream which is drizzled with the strawberry syrup.
