LOBSTER GASTRONOMY AT PRINCE HOTEL

March 1, 2016 by StrawberrY Gal

Indulge in a delicious lobster feast at Prince Hotel in March and April. Located on Level 3, add@Prince presents an array of enticing lobster dishes plus jet-fresh chilled lobsters and other premium seafood during the daily dinner buffet.
Rich in protein and low in fat, lobster is a healthy alternative to meat and poultry, and its delicate flavour and texture is cherished by gastronomes around the world. Boston lobster is most popular due to its sweet and tender meat. Fresh lobster appetisers featured on daily rotation include Lobster avocado salad with salmon caviar, Lobster, strawberry and cucumber salad and Lobster with melon and parma ham. Alternate starters include Lobster and smoked duck with mango chutney, Lobster and crab meat with curry mayonnaise and Lobster and salmon tartar with sour cream. Each appetiser is presented on a spoon in a perfect bite-sized portion.
add@Prince’s master chefs from Thailand and India will serve up a selection of creative lobster dishes with Southeast Asian and Indian flavours. Thai roasted lobster adds an exotic dimension with homemade sauce and Thai herbs complementing the fresh Boston lobster. In addition to Indian cheese curry – an all-time favourite specialty at add@Prince – our Indian chef presents a richly flavoured Indian lobster curry from his hometown. This classic Indian dish featuring succulent lobster meat in hot and spicy curry is rare in Hong Kong. ClassicLobster thermidor is another signature dish you won’t want to miss.
Rich and creamy Lobster bisque and Lobster soup with cordyceps flowers and sea conch impart the rich taste of the sea. Live cooking delicacies include made-to-order pasta where guests can select their favourite pasta from Squid ink pasta, Spinach pasta or Linguine and have it cooked a la minute by talented chefs in a lobster sauce, such as Lobster carbonara or Lobster kilpatrick.
Enhancing add@Prince’s international buffet spread, a jet-fresh selection of chilled lobsters and other premium seafood such as Chilled lobster, Slipper lobster and Crayfish is a highlight of the lobster dinner experience.
Ladies’ Treat: Ladies will receive a complimentary Double-boiled egg white with bird’s nest and almond cream dessert during the dinner buffet every Monday.
Kids Eat Free: Children aged 3-8 years are entitled to a complimentary buffet* while children aged 9-11 years can enjoy a 50% discount*.
