The tasting includes Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Merlot wines. And the best is yet to come: celebrated Chef de Cuisine Mark Ian Jones + team have created six special dishes of French contemporary cuisine that complement the essences of the chateau’s white Chardonnay Cuvée Tradition and red Cabernet Sauvignon Cuvée Tradition wines to perfection.

Appetizers range Ballontine of confit chicken, wrapped in Parma ham, celeriac, marinated mushroom and micro salad OR Caramelized onion veloute, leek and Roquefort tortellini and crispy shallot.
