“FEAST OF LOBSTER” DINNER BUFFET AT PARK CAFÉ OF PARK HOTEL HONG KONG

From January 2016 onwards, Park café of Park Hotel Hong Kong highlights the finest jet-fresh American Boston lobster and Australian lobster and crafts a variety of lobster delicacies together with a series of signature dishes to pamper your taste buds.

Park café proudly presents “Feast of Lobster” Dinner Buffet featuring a wide range of scrumptious lobster delicacies for your enjoyment. Some of the refreshing and appetizing appetizers are Lobster and Crab Roe Salad with Fruits and Pumpkin Roll stuffed with Lobster and Spinach in Champagne Cream Sauce, which feature light flavours are perfectly fit for health-oriented patrons. For main courses, Lobster and Crabmeat Korokke with Purple Potato is highly recommended. It possesses crunchy skin and rich stuffing, and the purple potato’s long lasting fragrance will delight your taste buds absolutely. Another mouth-watering highlights are Red Curry Lobster Claws Thai Style and Lobster and Shrimp with Pâté de Foie Gras French Style, the former is an authentic Thai recipe bringing you the classical Thai relish, while the latter is a fusion dish which is a crossover Western and Hong Kong cooking style, offering you the different way to sample the sweetness of lobster. In addition to the above, the aromatic and tasty Pan-fried Half Boston Lobster with Garlic Butter will be prepared a la minute at the Grilled Station, each patron will be offered one serving of it. Other recommended dishes are Lobster Salad with Jackfruit and Cucumber, Mushroom stuffed with Lobster, Scallop and Asparagus, Lobster Bisque with Wild Mushroom in Puff Pastry and Lobster and Beef Cubes Fried Rice with Boletus. All of the above signature dishes are definitely tantalizing in the eyes of lobster lovers.

Apart from the superb Lobster specialties, Grilled Station is available daily in the buffet too. In addition to the regular aromatic specialties like Scallops, Prawns and Assorted Skewer, Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, the one of the most renowned Chinese delights is specially served in the live cooking station, you are highly recommended to try out this energizing soup-based dish in winter to replenish the energy lost of your body in thrilling weather. For Seafood and Japanese food aficionados, you should not miss our Oyster and Seafood Platter and Sashimi Counter. The former serves New Zealand Oysters, Canadian Snow Crab Legs, New Zealand Blue Mussels, Sea Whelks and Crayfishes, while Salmon, Herring, Snapper and Octopus are freshly-sliced by our Sushi Chef at Sashimi Counter. What’s more, assorted Salad, Japanese Noodle in Soup and various Curry Delights are also introduced into the buffet to satisfy your palate.

Dessert is always the signature treat in a buffet. Vying for attention is the recent popular dessert, Baked Strawberry Cheese Tart. It has a velvety smooth and rich texture, of which the strawberry puree is wonderfully paired with the blended cheese, bringing you a refreshing taste with a hint of moderate sourness. Certainly, MOVENPICK Ice Cream from Switzerland is the most irreplaceable dessert in the buffet, 10 tasty flavours are ready every day at the refrigerator to satisfy your sweet tooth. Furthermore, other must-try desserts such as Durian and Mango Mousse Cake, German Cheesecake, Baked Alaska, cooked-to-order Pancake and Waffle, Chocolate Fountain and more, all of them are as tasty as they look.
