The promising spread of buffet with the wide spread of Malaysia fare, the buffet is showcasting the traditional Malaysian dishes with over 15 live cooking stations. You will be amazed witth the vabriant melting pots with the flavourful dishes by their culinary team in the modern and elegant ambience.

Start your meal with their variety choices of aneka kerabu where you can taste the delicious choices of aneka kerabu , ikan masins, sambal, jeruk buah, taufu sumbat and many more. They also served rojak, and a variety choices of salad as well in their buffet spred.

Moving next, is their live cooking station where the Ikan Bakar Stall is. Get your fresh fishes and seafood here and let the chef to grilled them up. Served them with the sauces and sambals. You can also get the taste of their tender juicy Chicken and Beef Satay Celup warisan which is sitting in the pot of peanut sauce.

In the middle, they have the traditional Malaysian spread where you can grab the taste of the juicy Roasted Lamb with Westin Briyani Rice, Ayam Percik and Ikan Bakar. Another delights not to be missed is their Roasted Beef Ribs which comes with the tender juicy meat.

For a kick of spiciness, try their spicy sensation with the spread of Malay delights from the Daging Gulai Nusantara, Gulai Ayam Kampung Pucuk Ubi Kayu, Ekor Asam Pedas, Ayam Rendang, Sayur Lodeh, Ayam Rendang, Sotong Sambal Petai, Ketam Masak Lemak and Sayur Goreng Jawa with Prawns. The rich flavours with the kick of spiciness is just as good as it is bringing me a filling buka puasa delights.

For those who love to savour some hot pipping soup, you can enjoy the Sup Tulang Rawan Pattani, Indian Spicy & Sour Chicken Soup, Mushroom Soup and more.
