Celebrating its first food promotion, all day dining restaurant, Relish at Fraser Residence Kuala Lumpur is showcasing a myriad of Middle Eastern and local dishes. The promotion running from 22 June to 12 July 2015 is exclusively by our very own Chef Ishak.
Chef Ishak will be showcasing specialties from the Middle East which includes Kabsa Laham, Tajine Barkouk, Shish Taook, Babosa and Baklava . He will also showcase his local signature dishes such as gulai tempoyak ikan patin, ayam percik cik siti wan kembang, rendang tok and laksa Johor for guest to enjoy.
While dining, diners can also look forward to be entertained by a traditional “Ghazal” band from “Ghazal Seri Kenangan”. The band consists of an accordion, acoustic guitar and “Gendang” (Percussions) that will perform three sessions of music that varies from Ghazal, Asli and Modern. It will be played from 6:45pm to 9:00pm daily during the promotional period.
