Prince Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur’s “Balik Kampung Fiesta” Iftar and Sahur buffets serves us with their goodness of delicious seasonal Ramadan treats from 18 June to 15 July 2015.

Serving you from the appetizers which comes with the choices of Rojak Buah Kerabu Daging Kacang Botol, Kerabu Lautan, Kerabu Ayam Panggang, Kerabu Telor Goreng, Acar Mentah as well as the Ulam-ulaman. Before kicking to the main, try their delicious pipping soup – Sup Kambing mamak which fares a good reviews among the diners.

They also served a variety of main too which you can enjoy the awesomely well done -Ikan Siakap Goreng Acar Jambu (Deep fried sea bass with red guava salad), Rendang tok (Braised beef with local spice), Ayam Panggang Madu Berbijan (Roasted chicken with honey and sesame), Oxtail Assam Pedas (Oxtail cook with dry chili and tamarind gravy), Kambing vindaloo and Udang masak tempoyak petai to name a few. Not to be missed is their Live Noodle Station which had captured my heart and i enjoying 2 bowl of it. The Laksa Utara and Laksa Johor with the condiments are amazingly delicious.

Not to be missed is their Live Local Grilled Seafood counter which brings you a variety of fresh catch. Grilled them fresh and served with the Sambal Kicap, Cili Potong dengan soya Sos. Satay is something not to be missed with the choices of beef and chicken. Enjoy your satay with the Lemang, Lemang Pulut Hitam & Ketupat, with Serunding and Sambal Ikan Bilis

End your meals of course with the variety of desserts from the Aneka Malay Kueh, Bubur Pulut Hitam, Bubur Kacang Hijau Durian, ABC and Cendol, Tapai Ubi and Tapai Pulut, Tempeyek as well as assorted Dodol

To add to the Ramadhan “Buka Puasa” festivities, diners will also be entertained by a traditional “Ghazal” band from Seri Mewah. The band consists of an accordion, acoustic guitar and “Gendang” (Percussions) that will perform three sessions of music that varies from Ghazal, Asli and Modern music. The band plays from 7:00pm to 10:00pm daily during this promotional period.

The “Balik Kampung Fiesta” Buffet Promotion runs from 6:30pm to 9:30pm daily and is priced at RM137.60 per adult, 50% off for children aged 12 years and below and children aged below 6 years eat complimentary with every paying adult. Sahur menus are served from 4:30am to 5:30am daily and is priced at RM56 per adult. All prices are inclusive of 10% service charge and GST.

For Group Berbuka Puasa gatherings of 50 persons and above, the Prince Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur offers specially tailored buffet menus for those interested in organizing private or special get-togethers during the festive holy month. The Hotel will also be able to arrange for events to take place at the pillarless Grand Prince Ballroom that, seats over 420 persons, or in any of the other 6 function rooms. The Hotel will offer tailored buffet menus with prices depending on the buffet selection. For further information, guests may call the Sales & Marketing Department.
