SALT & KOFFIE @ JAYA ONE

April 14, 2015 by StrawberrY Gal

SALT & koffie

Making the wave of coffee in Jaya One, Salt & Koffie is such a great place to venture too. Located inside Jaya One; the couple – Godfrey and Andrea who has a passion of serving great coffee comes to upon their first shop. They went all the way to Singapore to master the skills of making good coffee at one of the schools there.
SALT & koffie
The opening of their new coffee place with Sangkaya kiosk just infront of the shop indeed attracts a lot of customers. They have created the ‘Signature Salty Koffie’ & ‘Accidental Affogato’ to offer guests a unique experience dining in the cafe. Aside coffee, they do served juices, cakes and also Sangkaya Ice Cream too.
SALT & koffie
A simple decor with wood, recycle customize tables and chairs that make up the place pretty interesting. I love how everything is placed and the place comes cozy and nice. Being a diver themselves, you can also buy some of the divers items like tshirts, bags and more from their shop.
SALT & koffie
On the drinks, we had one of it signature coffee-Signature Salty Koffie (RM 13) which is served cold. A simple shot of their brewed coffee which is topped nicely with the done milk and added with their special seasalt in it. Awesomely good.
SALT & koffie
We had their best seller cakes too- Tofufa cheese cake (RM 13.00). The texture comes velvety smooth with the melts in the mouth sensation and I love how it is done. Topped with the caramel. Sweet and salty combination
SALT & koffie
The next item which is being served is their famous The Salt n Koffie Cake ( RM14). The salt caramel with coffee, pretzel and chocolate chip topping is such an indulgence with the thick chocolaty bites with the lovely chips in it.
SALT & koffie
Aside from the coffees and cake, not to be missed here is their Sangkaya Ice Cream. We ordered the Signature ice-cream which allowed us to choose 3 out of 6 topping. The ice cream is awesomely good which one of my picks for ice cream is now. The ice cream comes simply flavourful and soothing aromatic coconut taste. Topped with peanut, shredded coconut and corns.
