Mother’s Day Dinner Buffet, available on 9 and 10 May, incorporates 7 kinds of fresh and seasonal crabs from all around the world to showcase the tantalizing sweetness of crabs. Highlighted dishes are Crabmeat and Watermelon Salad with Chrysanthemum Jam, Baked Korean Rice Pudding with Crab Roe and Cheese, Green Crab Congee, Deep-fried Soft Shell Crab with Yuzu Kusho, Crabmeat and Cream Filo Tart and Stir-fried Crab with Chilli and Garlic. Also under the spotlights is the Assorted Seafood Platter. Hokkaido Hairy Crabs, Russian King Crab Legs and Japanese Zuwaigani Crabs are specially added to the sumptuous Assorted Seafood Platter in addition to the regular offerings including New Zealand Oysters, French Edible Crabs, Canadian Snow Crab Legs and Razor Clams. Besides the luscious crab specialties, other hot picks are Sashimi and Sushi Counter and Grill Counter. The former serves 7 selections of sashimi sliced on-the-spot, including Scallop, Sweet Shrimp, Surf Clam and Herring, while the latter offers various aromatic choices prepared a-la-minute by our chefs, such as Grilled Taiwanese Sausage, Grilled Minute Steak and Grilled Lamb Chop. Furthermore, 2 exquisite delights, Fish Maw and Black Bone Chicken Soup and Seared Foie Gras are exclusively added to Mother’s Day Dinner Buffet. Besides, each patron will be offered a complimentary dish of Fried Egg White with Bird’s Nest when patronizing the dinner buffet on both nights, all of the dishes are sure to pamper your mother’s palate with their tempting tastes.
