Four of its hotels were awarded the 2014 TripAdvisor Traveler’s ChoiceTM Award, a recognition based on highly rated businesses as reviewed by the travellers around the world.

A greater milestone was marked for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Malaysia when eight of its hotels we reannounced as winners of the 2014 Certificate of Excellence Award by TripAdvisor®. This award is given to outstanding hospitality businesses that have received praise and an overall rating of four or higher by global travellers on this distinguished site.
All the four Kuala Lumpur hotels (namely Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral, Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur, Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur and The Westin Kuala Lumpur) were recognised for their team’s abilities to portray excellent commitment and great passion in providing only the best for their guests. In addition to that, two of the dining venues within The Westin Kuala Lumpur – Five Sen5es, home to the most authentic Cantonese cuisine that offers a wide array of Dim Sum, prepared with care and presented to personify the five human senses – and Prego, the truly Italian restaurant serving contemporary Italian fare in a fun and warm environment also won the same award.
