HARBOUR RESTAURANT OF THE HARBOURVIEW PRESENTS FUN-FILLED EASTER BUFFETS

During Easter holiday from 18 to 21 April, an array of festive delicacies and fun-filled activities are meticulously prepared by Harbour Restaurant of The Harbourview, where you can enjoy a marvelous holiday with your beloved ones along with a sumptuous buffet.

Harbour Restaurant offers a range of tempting Mediterranean delicacies incorporating various treasures from the sea in Easter Dinner Buffet. Highly recommended delights are Bouillabaisse, Scallop Salad with Pomegranate Blueberry Sauce, Roasted Suckling Pig Stuffed with Herb Fried Rice and Paella. Besides, Baked Mediterranean Garoupa with Okra and Couscous, Mediterranean Shrimp Salad, Mediterranean Seafood Stew with Garlic Toast and Chicken Stuffed with Couscous, Olive and Sultana with Black Olive Sauce are also available for you to explore the diverse flavours of Southern Europe.

Other than the superb Mediterranean specialties, the best picks in the buffet must be Assorted Seafood Platter and Sashimi. The former serves New Zealand Oysters, Snow Crab Legs, Canadian Rock Crabs and more on a daily basis, while the latter offers 7 selections including Scallop, Sweet Shrimp, Surf Clam and Salmon on rotation basis, both of them are sure to tickle your palate. Other recommended food counters are Grill Counter, Cheese Counter and Salad Bar. In addition, festive desserts such as Passion Fruit Mango and White Chocolate Mousse in Chocolate Egg and Mango and Green Tea Chocolate Cake are specially introduced to the buffet. Undoubtedly, the most irreplaceable dessert must be MOVENPICK Ice Cream from Switzerland, 8 tasty flavours are ready every day to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Apart from the sumptuous buffets, a series of wonderful activities are prepared for both adults and kids. Guests can participate in the “Easter Egg Counting Contest” when patronize our lunch buffet, afternoon tea buffet or dinner buffet during Easter holiday. 2 winners who guess the number of Easter eggs in a glass bottle correctly (or provide the nearest answer) will be offered a HK$ 500 cash dining coupon of the hotel. Besides, an “Easter Colouring Game” is available for children to demonstrate their creativity by colouring an Easter-themed colouring sheet.

What’s more, special offers are available on Easter Lunch Buffet and Dinner Buffet! From 18 to 21 April, children aged between 3 to 11 years old are entitled to free lunch or dinner buffet when accompanied by 2 adults, all diners may enjoy free flow of fruit juices and soft drinks during the meal too!
