YULETIDE YUMMIES AT LOBBY LOUNGE, SUNWAY PUTRA HOTEL KL

December 12, 2013 by StrawberrY Gal

Christmas just isn’t complete without the delightful aroma of cookies, puddings, minced pies and the roasted turkey with all its trimmings. Drop by Lobby Lounge at Sunway Putra Hotel, Kuala Lumpur and take home some of these festive goodies, priced from RM15.00++ per selection and available throughout December 2013.

Thinking of having a gathering at home? Our range of savouries will grace your dining table nicely. There is the Roasted Turkey with Chestnut Stuffing ala American, Mongolian or Tandoori Style. Feeling a little extravagant? Then order a Whole Roasted Lamb with Sweet Rosemary and Mint Sauce that is roasted to perfection. Other equally tempting favourites include Roasted New Zealand Lamb Leg or Lamb Rack, Roasted Marinated Chicken or Roasted Beef Striploin. All these can be accompanied by side dishes such as Potato Salad, Coleslaw, Salmon and Capers Salad as well as Buttered Seasonal Vegetables. Additionally there are also Mushroom and Chicken Pie, Lasagna (Chicken or beef) and Black Pepper Pot Pie.

How can one celebrate Christmas without the sweets? Among the traditional must haves are Milk or White Chocolate Yule Log and Mince Pie as well as Gingerbread, Gingerbread House and Santa Boots with Chocolates in various sizes for the kids and those young at heart.

There is also the Spiced Bread & Butter Pudding with Vanilla Sauce, Traditional Fruit Cake and the aromatic Almond Stollen with Marzipan. Chocoholics will enjoy the Assorted Christmas Pralines as well as other hand-made chocolate creations, namely Chocolate Santa, Chocolate Christmas Tree and Chocolate Marzipan.

An ideal gift for family, friends and business associates, Lobby Lounge’s festive hampers are beautifully packed with trimmings that evoke that Christmassy feeling and make outstanding gifts that will leave a lasting impression. Priced from RM150.00++ each. Customized made to order hampers are also available.

Reservations are recommended. For more information and to place orders, please call Lobby Lounge at 03 4042 9888 ext. 9014, fax at 03 4043 8602 or e-mail [email protected].
