Wing Hiong Bak Kut Teh is one of the famous BKT originated from Klang which is now a franchise chains, it has been around for 27 years. The restaurant has a lot of branches around Klang Valley and we recently visited the one which is located at Damansara Jaya. It is believe that the ingredients are freshly prepared from their central kitchen and then it is being delivered to their branch in order to assure on the quality of the food.

We ordered two types of Bak Kut Teh which one is the dry Bak Kut Teh which is being served with the thick gravy and the meat is tender and well absorbed the savory gravy with it. For the dry bak kut teh, it is being heavily loaded with the dried chillies as well as squids in it.

We had the soup bak kut teh which is served with the piping hot soup with the perfect combination of pig parts. This includes the pork belly, ribs, stomach, intestines, beancurds sheet and more. The delights is well cooked with perfection with the juicy meat with the flavorful soup.

As I am a fans of enoki mushroom, how would I say no to it? As so, we had the bak kut teh enoki mushroom which I simply fall in love as well.
