One of the famous ban chang kuih in Penang is located in Pulau Tikus market. The Ban Chang Kuih stall is being made by a old couple. According to my parents, the stall had been there for years already and the ban chang kuih is a bit different from the normal small one. The ban chang kuih from this stall is kinda big and they need to sliced them into small pieces to sell.
There are several choices of the ban chang kuih you can choose. They have those with additional of corns inside. The choices of the delighting ban chang kuih are simply delighting and I am always in love with those with extra peanuts. Overall I can say the taste is simply ichiban.
