One of the best hokkien mee in town is Sentul Ah Yap Hokkien Mee (Charcoal Fried Noodles Restaurant) in Kota Damansara PJ (Opposite Of Standard Chartered Bank Kota Damansara).
Sentul Ah Yap Hokkien Mee-What make it so famous is because they use charcoal to fry the hokkien mee. There are not many restaurant using charcoal nowadays since most restaurant will be using gas. Therefore this restaurant is authentic charcoal fried hokkien mee.
