
Hong Kong’s one-Michelin-star restaurant Pang’s Kitchen had opened their shop here in Taman Desa. The restaurant helmed by the Malaysian Chef- Chef Heng who underwent training by Pang’s Kitchen master chef and proprietor Pang Pak-Sheung prior to the opening of this KL outlet.

In here, they comes out with over 100 dishes and you will be assured that the signatures of the Hong Kong Pang’s Kitchen is available here.

Sweet & Sour Pork with Strawberry (RM28.00)
The dish is indeed well cooked till perfectionist where the pork remains juicy in the inside while outside remains crispy. Awesome.

Stir Fried Kailan with shrimp Paste in Claypot ( RM 25.00)
The lovely bowl of fresh vege remains comes awesomely good with the aromatic blend of shrimp paste in the stir fried kalian.

Congee with Shredded Dry Sea Scallop (RM 11.80)
I love the velvety texture of the congee with the dried scallops with it. The bowl of hot smooth texture congee is simply perfect for the day.

Yeong Chow Fried Rice (RM 19.80)
The fried rice is well stir fried till per perfection leaving you with the moist texture of the fried rice. I love the aromatic blend of the fried rice which I am perfectly indulge till the fullest.

Scramble Milk with Scallop (RM 38.0)
This is one of my favourite dish of the night. The scramble milk is steamed together with the scallops bringing you with the appetizing taste of it. I love the smooth scramble milk with loads of scallops with it. Awesomely good.

Crispy Chicken with Garlic (Half) ( RM 35.00)
This is such heavenly. The chicken is well fried with the garlic together. It brings up the wonderful taste with the tender and juicy meat and the skin remains its crispiness. Awesomely good.

Steam Crab with Sticky Rice (Market Rice)
The lovely bowl of glutinous rice topped with the huge steam crab with it. The crab come awesomely good where it is simply fresh and sweet. The sticky rice is filled with the aromatic blend of the sticky rice with it.

Stir Fried Fish Fillet with Ginger Onion in Claypot (RM 35.00)
Served in the claypot, the fish fillet is being stir fried till perfection with the ginger onion and it is then served pipping hot in a claypot. It is as nice as it is where the hint of aromatic taste of ginger onion can be tasted with it.

Braise Bean Curd With Mushroom (RM 22.00)
The homemade bean curd is being braised till perfection and served together with the mushroom. Nicely done!
Overall, Pang’s Kitchen is a great place for meal. The restaurant not just brings you quality meals and every meals left us with great memory. For those who are looking for great food at affordable price, the Michelin Star Pang’s Kitchen which flew all the way from Hong Kong did not disappoint us at all.
