Rasa Tea House @ Pavilion Elite Kuala Lumpur

July 1, 2024 by StrawberrY Gal

Rasa Tea House is one of the newly opened restaurant in Klang Valley bringing you with the touch of elegance of Nyonya influence in it. The restaurant is beautifully decorated  just like their sister restaurant Rasanya Steamboat. Located just side by side with their sister restaurant, they offer you with the awesome space where they are completed with the outdoor sitting.

In here, one can try the unique fusion cuisine, blending the vibrant flavors of Nyonya (Peranakan) culinary traditions with the elegance of Western cuisine. Our menu features a delightful mix of British and Nyonya influences, showcasing a harmonious blend of Chinese and Malay flavors with classic Western dishes. Experience the best of both worlds in a culinary journey that pays homage to the rich, diverse heritage of the Baba Nyonya.

Signature RasaTea Platter

Complete your Nyonya dish experience on one platter where this platter comes with the Ngioh  Hiang, Pai Tee, Golden fried Stuffed Taufu and Chicken Satay. Love their Pai tee and  chicken satay.

Steamed Otak Otak

Their steam otak otak is amazing. You can taste the authentic flavours of the delicate fish mousse infused with the aromatic herbs and spices and sides with the crispy keropok for the perfect crunch.

Main

Nasi Lemak Kerabu Otak- Otak with Fried Rice

For those who are looking for the Nyonya Classics, you must have their colourful Malaysian dish that features the bright blue pea flower Nasi Lemak Kerabu, served with their homemade authentic otak otak and the juicy deep fried chicken. It is sides with the ikan bilis, served with the belacahan salted egg in it.

Ikan Bakar Sambal with Aglio Olio

This is one of our favourite. A good twist of Italian and local. The delicious fusion fish that combines with the local flavours a of Indonesian Style Ikan Bakar comes amazingly good  and it is cooked with the sambal sauce and paired with the classic aglio -olio linguine.

Rasatea House Premium Big Breakfast (RM 42)

The signature Peranakan Style Big Breakfast is definitely the best indulgence. Bringing  you with the twist of peranakan in it, the Big Breakfast comes with the Nyonya Assam Prawn, Chicken Sausage, smoky chicken ham, avocado smashed, truffle mushroom, scrambled egg, hashbrown, and toasted sourdough.

Pandan Gula Melaka Latte with Kuih Talam

One can enjoy the deligjtful Pandan Gula Melaka Latte which complete with the aromatic blend of gula mela, and rich coffee in it.

Coconut Mocha with Kuih Ketayap

If you are fans of Mocha, you can indulge in their tropical creamy coconut with the luxurious chocolate. I love the velvet mocha that delivers a delightful fusion flavours.
