A FRESH TAKE ON KAZUMA MENU

 Kazuma, the traditional Japanese Restaurant, located at Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur is bringing on newest culinary masterpiece items to all patrons. 

Exclusively curated by Japanese Chef Tsutomu Haneishi and his team, the new selection of culinary offerings promises authentic and rich flavours, combining the freshest and finest quality food with traditional Japanese cooking techniques. With the value-for-money prices, diners can relish in wide choices of food where they can enjoy to the fullest with the new additions. 

Open every Monday – Saturday for lunch and dinner, Kazuma’s revamped menu consists of new additions and an array of Japanese classics. The new additions include : 

• Special Nigiri Sushi Tokujyou (assorted nigiri sushi with combination pack of fresh tuna, yellowtail fish, salmon, scallop, sweet shrimp, unagi and salmon roe)

• Oden Moriawase (Japanse fish cake stew with radish, hard boiled egg & konnyaku)

• Unagi Yanagawa (simmered eel and vegetables with egg)

• Gindara Shioyaki / Teriyaki (grilled black cod fish with salt / teriyaki sauce)

• Menchi Katsu (minced beef cutlet)

• Gyuniku Yasai Itame (stir-fired beef & assorted vegetables)

• Yasai No Nimono (assorted simmered vegetables)

A Fresh Take On Kazuma Menu

For the busy corporates or any special business event, guests can choose new, exciting Teishoku Sets – Grilled Chicken, Grilled Mackerel or Grilled Salmon with salt or teriyaki sauce. A staple Japanese ‘go-to’ option starts from RM35 nett, the delicious set contains chawanmushi, steamed rice, miso soup, salad, pickles and fruits. 

Kazuma Vegetarian Bento is a good option for vegetarian guests. For each vegetarian bento set, guests have the chance to sample a range of dishes with six individual compartments filled with mouth-watering treats –  tofu steak, assorted vegetable tempura, pumpkin croquette, simmered vegetables, futomaki sushi and inari sushi. 

Besides the new dishes, guests also can tuck into some of the Japanese signature and classic creations like home-made Saba Ichiya Boshi (grilled seasoned & dried mackerel), Kazuma Seafood Salad (assorted raw fish with seaweed, vegetables & fired noodle), Sukiyaki Nabe (stewed sirloin beef & vegetables with sukiyaki soup base), authentic perfectly Grilled Kushiyaki and more.

For guests who enjoy unwinding with a drink after a long day at work,  Kazuma’s range of sake, whisky and Japanese liqueur provides a delightful option. Kazuma is a perfect place  for guests to chill, enjoy good sake and good food with loved ones or friends for any occasion or celebration. 

The extensive revamped menu spoils you with a wide variety of appetizers, salads, sashimi, soup-simmered dishes and more for you to explore.

The operational hours for Kazuma Japanese Restaurant as below:

11.30 am  – 3.00 pm (last order 2.45 pm)

6.00 pm – 10.00 pm (last order 9.45 pm)

Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays
