Dian Huo, a hotpot restaurant that recently relocated to Megah Rise, offers a new and improved dining experience. With its beautiful renovation and stunning view overlooking Taman Megah and beyond, Dian Huo provides a stylish and elegant atmosphere for diners. In addition to the indoor dining area, they also offer al-fresco dining, allowing guests to enjoy their meal in a refreshing outdoor setting. Not just that, they do offer private room with karaoke too. 

They offer a range of flavorful soups that are cooked in-house for hours, without the use of MSG. Some of the soup choices include Oriental Pork Soup, Clear Tom Yum Soup, Black Chicken Herbal Soup, Fresh Crab Roe Soup, Tomato Soup, and Pig’s Stomach Soup with Peppercorn.

The Fresh Crab Roe Soup is highly recommended, known for its amazing taste and umami flavors. The soup is rich and delicious, with the delightful addition of fresh crab roe that adds a unique and savory element to the hotpot experience.

Another soup worth trying is the Oriental Pork Soup. This soup is meticulously boiled to perfection, resulting in a rich and flavorful broth. It is packed with a healthy blend of flavors that complement the ingredients in the hotpot.

Assorted Meat Ball Platter (RM 26)

In addition to their delicious soups, Dian Huo also excels in offering a wide variety of balls for hotpot enthusiasts to enjoy. From meatballs to seafood balls and stuffed balls, they have an extensive selection to satisfy different tastes.

One recommended option is their Assorted Meat Ball Platter, which features a combination of flavors and textures. It includes the Premium Beef Ball, Golden Egg Pork Balls, and Mushroom Pork Balls. These meatballs are meticulously made in-house, ensuring the highest quality and taste. The Premium Beef Ball is a must-try, known for its tenderness and rich beefy flavor. The Golden Egg Pork Balls is absolutely delicious too. As for the Mushroom Pork Balls combine the earthiness of mushrooms with the succulent pork, creating a delectable combination of flavors.

Each meatball is crafted to be bouncy, juicy, and bursting with deliciousness. Whether you prefer the beefy goodness of the Premium Beef Ball or the flavorful combination of the Golden Egg Pork Balls and Mushroom Pork Balls, Dian Huo’s assortment of meatballs is sure to impress.

New Zealand Lamb Sirloin 

Using the high-quality lamb, the lamb sirloin at Dian Huo is carefully selected to ensure the best flavor and tenderness. The meat is expertly prepared and cooked to perfection, resulting in a juicy and flavorful cut. Each bite of the lamb sirloin is a heavenly experience, with its succulent texture and rich taste.
