Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui’s Cafe Presents The Fresh Market Dinner Buffet

August 4, 2022 by StrawberrY Gal

Stimulate your appetite this summer at Cafe as the culinary team presents Fresh Seafood Market Themed Dinner Buffet, available from now to 31 October 2022.

Kick-start the evening with a sumptuous range of seafood starters, including Mediterranean seafood salad, Shrimp cocktail, Home-cured sustainable salmon with orange dill and beetroot, as well as Lobster bisque.

Dive into a chilling array of fresh seafood at the seafood on ice station, such as Half lobster tail, Lobster claw, Hokkaido blue mussels, Asari clams, as well as Sea sweet shrimps. At the Japanese sushi & sashimi bar, apart from the premium Japanese sashimi and sushi choices, guests should not miss the whole Hamatchi sashimi live carving session.

Apart from the crispy and juicy Sardine tempura at the tempura live station, guests will also be impressed by the sweet and tender Grilled fresh Hokkaido Kinki fish made-to-order by chefs at the live station.

For hot dishes, guests can satisfy their seafood cravings with the appetising Chinese and Western seafood dishes, such as the exotic Wok-fried lobster with chilli and garlic crumbles, Live steamed sweet shrimps with wine sauce that bursts with umami, Fried seafood rice, as well as Mediterranean octopus confit.

Apart from the themed specialities, the buffet also features a great selection of Chinese, Indian and Western culinary offerings, seasonal items from the tempura, grill and teppanyaki selections, as well as homemade desserts including the restaurant’s signature Swiss rolls and mille-feuille. Dinner patrons can also enjoy Duck foie gras teppanyaki, Slow-roasted US beef ribs and more.
