“TASTE OF FUSION ABALONE” DINNER BUFFET AT PARK CAFÉ OF PARK HOTEL HONG KONG

What a better way to welcome Spring than with a sumptuous feast! Starting from 5 April 2016, “Taste of Fusion Abalone” Dinner Buffet will be Park café of Park Hotel Hong Kong featuring a divine array of luxurious and creative abalone specialties for your indulgence.

“Taste of Fusion Abalone” Dinner Buffet showcases a range of Chinese, Western and Japanese abalone cuisines for you to experience the extraordinary taste of abalone. Under the spotlight is Pan-fried Beancurd Sheet Roll stuffed with Abalone, Truffle and Shredded Chicken, it possesses crunchy skin and the diced abalone and shredded chicken inside are perfectly seasoned with Italian truffle sauce which has added an appetizing touch of the dish, bringing you a special way to sample the freshness of abalone. The aromatic and tasty Abalone Fish Fillet Rolled with Prawn Paste and Parma Ham is one of the innovative creations prepared in Chinese style with western ingredients. Topping with the Parma Ham, it demonstrates a hint of refreshing Italian taste by bringing out the oceanic sweetness of abalone and fish meat. Another mouth-watering delight is Deep-fried Abalone with Cheese, which is a blend of abalone, potato and Cheddar cheese. After frying the squashed cheese ball, you will be surprised by the richness and smoothness of the abalone surrounding by the melting cheese. Abalone Roujiamo with Herb Mutton and Abalone Vol-au-vent with Pâté de Foie Gras are our next recommendation. The former is the classical snack in Xian, its strong and distinctive flavour will definitely boost your appetites. While for the latter dish, the sauce of it will sneak up on your taste buds after you had a bite on the vol-au-vent for sure. Don’t forget to sample our palate-delighting Roasted Abalone in Japanese Style. The abalone has fully absorbed the essence of the tangy sauce, you will be impressed with its tenderness, each patron will be offered one complimentary serving of this dish. What’s more, Chilled Japanese Soba with Shredded Abalone and Crab Roe and Abalone and Sakura Shrimp Fried Rice will be also available in the buffet. Abalone lovers will be pleased by the mesmerizing tastes of the above fusion offerings undoubtedly.

Apart from the above fusion offerings, the traditional Chinese delicacies Double-boiled Abalone and Chicken Soup with Fish Maw and Abalone and Chicken Congee with Dried Scallop will be also prepared a la minute in the Grilled Station for you to experience the authentic taste of abalone. In addition to the above, the meaty and sizzling specialties like Scallops, Prawns and Assorted Skewers are available daily at Grilled Station, promising the freshest dishes for you to relish. For Seafood and Japanese food aficionados, you should not miss our Oyster and Seafood Platter and Sashimi Counter. The former serves New Zealand Oysters, Canadian Snow Crab Legs, New Zealand Blue Mussels, Sea Whelks and Crayfishes, while Salmon, Herring, Snapper and Octopus are freshly-sliced by our Sushi Chef at Sashimi Counter.  Moreover, assorted Salad and various Curry Delights are also introduced into the buffet to satisfy your palate. To further boost your appetite, Lanzhou Beef Lamian Station with a range of condiments, such as Beef Brisket, Beef Tendon and Fish Angle are specially introduced. All the above detectable dishes would ensure you an enjoyable dining experience.

Exquisite desserts always mark a perfect end to a lavish buffet. The most irresistible dessert must be MOVENPICK Ice cream from Switzerland, 10 flavours are now ready for ice cream lovers. Furthermore, Black Currant and White Chocolate Mousse Cake and Cream Cake with Honey Crispy are our newly presented desserts, sweets aficionados are definitely hard to resist these cakes. Other hot-picks such as Deep-fried Mochi, Double-boiled Bird’s Nest with Coconut, Lotus Seed and Lily Bulbs, Banana Bread Pudding, Purple Potato and Cherry Mousse Cake, Cooked-to-order Waffle and Mango Soufflé, Chocolate Fountain and more are also delicately prepared to satisfy your sweet tooth.
