Sundays and public holidays come well to pamper yourself with the luxury dim sums in Sheratoon Imperial. The smelling delicious dim sum from their Chinese Restaurant from their famous Chinese Restaurant – Celestial Court’s with their latest promotion “All You Can Eat Dim Sum” promotion which has more than 70 dishes to tempt diners. The mouth watering delights aside from the dimsum crafted by Chef Vincent Loo which are included wide selection of soups, vegetables, poultry dishes, seafood specials, rice and noodles.

Celestial Steamed Jumbo “Har Gao” with asparagus brings us with the translucent har gao skin which wrapping the crispy and juicu diced prawns and chopped asparagus in it. The thin translucent har gao skin is something I always look for while ordering “har gao”. The delicious items complete us with the essence from the prawn itself and the juiciness that burst out with a munch. Lovely!

Comes next is the Crab Meat and Minced Seafood Mini Bun in homemade tom yam broth. Uniquely presented and it is hardly found in dim sum dishes. The dim sum is being infused with the spicy blend of thai flavors in it. Served in the petite bowl; the minced seafood mini bun is served in the tomyam soup and touched up with the shredded crab meat together with it. Not too spicy and sourish but it just such a unique dim sum to be enjoyed.

Soya Bean Skin Roll with sea cucumber, chicken and prawn in sun-dried scallop sauce is such a delicious item to go for in Celestial Court too. The delicious fillings of the of the scrumptious ingredients like sea cucumber, chicken and prawn were wrapped with soy bean skin cabbage. It is later drenched with the flavorful scallop sauce with the top of the dancing bonito flakes with it.

Another dim sum we tried which is finely presented with such creativity. The lovely delights are well prepared where the stuffed scallop was lightly seared and touch with the awesome fish roe with it. Serve together with the rich and creamy shrimp mousse and pumpkin puree, the taste brings us a fresh and a fragrant blend of pumpkin taste with it. It is sinfully good for a non-pumpkin lover like me.

Yam Puff with assorted meat and mushroom in miso flavored fillings in it. Fried with perfection; the yam puff give us a crunchy blend with the savory feeling in it. Nice one.

Roast Duck Meat in pan-fried bun served with pickled cabbage and mushroom served in the cupcake. Uniquely presented with the savory bites with the delicious ingridients; I am perfectly love it here.
