INTERNATIONAL CULINARY TOUR DINNER BUFFET AT HARBOUR PLAZA 8 DEGREES

Café 8 Degrees will present a savoury tour around the world throughout the dinner buffet from March.

Baked Whole Spain Corvina in Sea Salt and Herb

Chef has specially picked signature delicacies of China, Japan, Thailand, India, Italy, Spain, France, Netherland, England and Australia to tempting buffet-lovers’ enjoyment. Kick off the culinary tour with the Australian Wagyu Sashimi, get the taste buds ready with the appetizing and refreshing lemon sour sauce. Next, try out the French Pan-fried Foie Gras with Black Truffle Sauce,  succulent and tendered foie gras coated with golden brown crunchy skin, irresistibly balanced with the scented black truffle sauce to its perfect.

Spanish Paella

A not-to-be-missed specialty for seafood-lovers, Spanish Paella is one of the sumptuous dishes, cooked with chicken broth, Netherland Blue Mussel, Canadian Scallop, Shrimp, Squid and chicken, rice is baked to fully soaked with seafood aroma, be dived into the oceanic flavour.

Pan-fried Foie Gras with Black Truffle Sauce

Followed by an innovating tasty formation, our talented Chef has created a new matching for Peking Duck, instead of accompanying with traditional seafood sauce, steamed pancakes and cucumber, be surprised to dip with sweet-scented Osmanthus sauce on a baked potato chips that bring steps beyond the customary texture and taste, Peking Duck with Osmanthus is definitely worth trying.

Other international cuisine highlights include: Seafood Salad in Japanese Style, Baked Whole Spain
