Albondigas, Lamb Meatballs with Pomodoro Sauce

One of our favourites where the dish features perfectly cooked lamb meatballs smothered in a rich and flavorful Pomodoro sauce. The meatballs are cooked to perfection. With each bite, you’ll experience a burst of savory goodness as the tender lamb meat melts in your mouth. The combination of the juicy meatballs and the robust Pomodoro sauce creates a harmonious blend of flavors that is both satisfying and indulgent. It complements the lamb meatballs beautifully, infusing them with a tangy and savory essence that enhances their natural flavors.

Mushroom Arancini, with Truffle Oil, Chilli Cashew Romesco
