❤️1 tbsp butter
❤️1 tbsp mirin
❤️ Pinch of Salt
Method
1. Marinate the salmon with 1 tbsp of mirin and pinch of salt
2. Heat the grill pan with the butter
3. Pan fried the salmon, once is cook flip to another side to cook.
4. Cook to your desire texture.
