Seafood Penne with Alce Nero

Alce Nero is one of our home favourite brand. And this time, since MCO, we decided to whip our kitchen with some delighting food. Now you can enjoy your homecook food easily at home. Here is the recipe 

Ingredients: 

1. 2 cups pf penne (Alce Nero)

2. 5 tbsp of  Pasta Sucae Basilco (Alce Nero)

3. 4 tbsp of olive oil

5. 7 cherry tomatoes

6. Prawns and squid of your liking

7. 1 tbsp of black pepper 

8. A bit of parsley

9. 1000 ml of water with 1 tsp salt and 2 tsp olive oil

Method

1. Cook the penne with the 1000 ml of water with 1 tsp salt and 2 tsp olive oil for 8-10 min

2. Heat up the pan and add in the olive oil 

3. Cook the Seafood and add in the black pepper

4. Add in the cherry tomato

5. Once done add in penne and the sauce

6. Cook evenly and add in some parsley
