FESTIVAL OF TASTES AT MELTING POT CAFÉ

The well-loved Melting Pot buffet introduces a refreshed display of live cooking, ala minute presentations during buffet lunch and buffet dinner.

For lunch which starts 12.00 noon – 2.30 pm, guests can tuck into favourite seafood first, oysters and poached prawn. The lunch atmosphere looks busier as chefs are seen busy behind the grilled station and wok preparing delicious dishes. Guests can place their orders for Bavarian meatloaf, sirloin steak,
gourmet sausages and chicken chop. Yes, all these are inclusive in the buffet menu.For mains, sample fish head curry, Thai green curry chicken, Thai pineapple fried rice, Indian tomato rice, chicken tikka masala, Indian tomato rice, spaghetti carbonara, pizza plus an array of authentic Malay/kampung style dishes like ayam masak lemak cili padi, ikan masak asam pedas and nasi goreng kampung, 
More on local, do not miss signature dishes like char kway teow, Hainanese chicken rice and fried mee mamak.
Complete your meal with dessert selections of warm pudding or crumble, petit gateaux, baked cheese cake and many more. Melting Pot’s Buffet Lunch is priced at RM75.00 nett per person.
For buffet dinner, of course there is a bigger menu each night. Menu rotates daily but each one will
feature an excellent mix of various cuisines from local to Asean dishes. The irresistible display of seafood on ice is definitely the first stop for diners. The seafood on ice display include poached prawn, freshly shucked oyster, slipper lobster, green mussel, baby octopus served with dipping sauces like cocktail sauce and thousand island.
At the Chinese section, savour popular dishes like steamed fish with superior soya sauce, eight treasure chicken, assorted dim sum, braised jade abalone, shiitake mushroom and broccoli, crispy yam ring with vegetable.
For some good Thai selection, there are som tam, Thai barbecue chicken, Thai red curry chicken and beef massaman. Take your pick of your favourite grilled dish at teppan section serving fish fillet, prawn, squid, lamb chop and beef.
Tempting desserts await diners with a la minute soufflé pancake, cream brulee, cream caramel, lemon meringue pie, Hokkaido cheese tart, chocolate molten cake and more. Buffet Dinner is at RM110.00 nett per person, served from 6.30 pm – 10.30 pm. For bookings,
