Double Boiled Honey Dew Soup with Chef Sidney Kan

Ingredient:
1/4 small old chicken
2-3 pre-soaked shiitake mushrooms
2-3 pres-soaked dried oyster
1 pcs presoaked dried sea snail meat
3pcs presoaked mini abalone
6pcs gingko nut 3 pcs earwood mushroom.
1/4 skinless honey dew (chucked) water
salt and supreme soy sauce

Method:
1. Add all the Ingredients into the ceramic double boiler except salt and supreme soy sauce.
2. Fill the ceramic double boiler with water. Close the cover, wrap the ceramic double boiler with cling wrap.
3. Set the metal stand/bamboo chopstick into the pot.
4. Add in a cup of water.
5. Set in the ceramic double boiler.
6. Close the cover, seal valve.
7. Select poultry mode and set KPT to 45 min.
8. Once done, ready to serve.
