April 19, 2018 by StrawberrY Gal

Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel is the perfect destination for a desirable banquet in Hong Kong, combining elegant venues with views over iconic Victoria Harbour and expert services provided by a renowned team of experienced catering specialists.

From today until 31 March 2019, Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel introduces a themed Chinese banquet package specially designed for Japanese desiring an unforgettable local destination experience.

A tailor-made Chinese menu created by the hotel’s Master Chinese Chef highlights the best of Cantonese cuisine using the finest ingredients and customised to the tastes of each party. Recommended dishes include Double-boiled Bird’s Nest with Minced Chicken, Steamed Fresh Green Garoupa and Golden Fried Crispy Chicken.

Adding fun elements of Japanese pop culture and local style, Hong Kong themed cosplay costumes are provided for guests to enjoy the party to the fullest during the banquet. Guests may take photos in different creative looks for wonderful memories to last a lifetime.

Guests may also take the opportunity to experience Hong Kong’s local culture by joining a DISCOVERY local experience, such as Tales of the City, which takes them on a tour of a local wet market and other lesser-seen sides of Hong Kong for unique insights into local life.

These prestigious accolades recognise the exquisite dining and seamless services that are tailormade for each guests to create a magical day to remember forever. They are also a testament to the hotel’s overall standards of service as recognised by its guests.

Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel offers a choice of elegant venues to host sophisticated meetings, events and banquets. Located on the lobby level, the pillar-free Centenary Ballroom caters a maximum of 30 round tables and is exquisitely decorated in soft tones of golden-beige with crystal chandeliers. Overlooking Canton Road and Heritage 1881, the Bauhinia Room on level 4 is flooded with natural daylight and equipped with its own control panel for sound and lighting effects. It’s an ideal venue for an intimate party of less than 12 round tables.
