Lee Kum Kee Pan Fried Beef with Traffic Light Capsicums

Lee Kum Kee Pan Fried Beef with Traffic Light Capsicums
Serves : 4 pax

Ingredients :
200g Beef, ½ Each of Traffic Light Capsicums (Julienne thinly), 3 Cloves Garlic (Sliced).

Marinade :
1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Cooking Caramel, 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Selected Light Soy Sauce, 1 tsp Brown Sugar, ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder, 1 tsp Cornstarch, 2 tbsp Water, 1 tbsp Oil.
Seasoning : 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Cooking Caramel, 3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Selected Light Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Brand Oyster Sauce, ½ tsp Brown Sugar, 2 tbsp Water,  Starch Slurry (For thickening sauce).

METHOD :
(1) Tenderize beef with the back of the knife then cut across the grain to very thin strips.
  Mix well with marinade and allow to marinate for 10 minutes. Then, velvet fry beef in hot oil
  and keep aside for use later.
(2) Heat wok, add in 2 tbsp of oil and sauté garlic slices till aromatic. Place in capsicums, beef
    and seasoning. Toss well and thicken sauce with starch slurry. Dish onto platter and serve.
