Di Wei being one of our favorite place for dim sum had revamped their menu recently and they brings us with more unique and delicious item this round. For those who had not visited Di Wei; you can now savour the best from the chef this round and they brings you with more exciting menu.
Deep Fried Fish Skin with Salted Egg (RM 18)
Enjoy this deep fried fish skin where the dehydrated salmon skin is being deep fried till perfection. It is then being dipped into the salted egg sauce and then being deep fried till golden brown. The dish comes amazingly good where it is juicy, crispy and addictive.
Braised Tendon Meat Balls & Sea Cucumber (RM 58/ RM 116)
This dish is perfectly wonderful. The meat balls are well braised till perfection with the sea cucumber where this makes the dish moist and juicy. Not just that, I am perfectly loving the wonderful taste of the sea cucumber which is just chewy and crunchy. Nicely done.
Deep Fried Thousand Layer Beancurd
This dish take loads of effort to make them perfect. Chef explains that he had made this couple of rounds and he finally success making them. Using the minced meat and soya tofu, he needs to steam them till perfection and then deep fried till golden brown. The process is very tedious and plenty of hard work. As for the taste, it brings you with the bouncy texture of the beancurd leaving you with the melts in the mouth sensation.

Steamed Spare Ribs with Homemade Sauce (RM 28/ RM 56)
As for this dish, the ribs are being deep fried and later being steamed for an hour. This is where the ribs are being added with the homemade sauce ( combination of plum sauce and chilly padi) and  then is wrapped with the aluminium foil and steam. The spare ribs remains moist and juicy.
Poached Vegetables in Soy Milk Broth (RM 24.80/ RM 49.60)
Have a bowl of nutritious soup where the vegetables is being cook with the soy milk broth. The soup comes velvety, smooth texture and with the light saltiness. The soup comes nutritiously good and delicious
Pan Fried Pork Neck with Homemade Sauce (RM 26/ RM 52)
The pork neck is marinated for a day and then it is being pan fried together with the cincaluk, lemongrass, and also bunga kantan with it. The pork neck comes with the juicy and tender-licious meat and every mouthful is divinely delicious.
Deep Fried Homemade Seafood Bean Curd
Help yourself with the delicious homemade seafood beancurds where they are made from 3 ingridients which includes prawn, fish and pork. The delicious bean curd comes amazingly good with the aromatic seafood taste in it.
Hot Pot Fried Rice (RM 18/ RM 36)
Ends your mains with this hot pot fried rice. Enjoy the brown rice together with mushroom, corns, carrots, mushroom, broccoli and pinenuts in it. The rice indeed well fried where the taste comes fragrantly good and delicious.
