Hisho Japanese Restaurant @ DC Mall: Creative Japanese Cuisine

August 28, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

Being a big fans of Chef Danny culinary, we are impressed with his work and creavity. And now, Chef Danny is in Hisho which is located in DC mall.
And this time; we had visited Hisho where the restaurant bring us with a delicious Japanese delights with a touch of creativity.
7 kinds of Sashimi (RM 148)

Enjoy the huge beautiful platter of sashimi  which is beautifully prepared. With 7 seasonal sashimi of the day; one can simply indulge with it. And for this round, we are served with Unagi, Kampachi, Salmon, scallops, octopus and many more. The delicious selection are definite to temp you till the fullest where the ingredients that are being used are simply fresh. Divinely good!
Tako Kimuchi with Mango Salsa(RM 25)
A twist from the usual tako you always have, Chef Danny has made a twist to the Tako Kimuchi where they are served with the mango salsa and topped with the imported chilly strings. The tako comes amazingly good and delicious with the bouncy texture of the octopus and also the whole dish comes simply appetising.
Hisho Modern Maguro Sushi (RM25)

Help your self with the sliced maguro and sushi rice together with the homemade spicy sauce. The sushi comes awesomely good where the sushi comes perfectly delicious especially the maguro. The serving are pretty generous and not just that I love the tuna belly which is minced and added with the tuna mayo in it. Worth to order!
Salmon Steak (RM 45)
Fish lover would definitely love this. Enjoy the flaky texture of the salmon steak that is sides with chef signature salsa sauce. The Salmon Steak comes simply juicy and moist  and everything is just perfect to my tastebuds.
Wagyu Roll (RM 50)

This  is just addictive and a must have here. The sliced wagyu covering the rice sushi and being lightly torched. The dish come amazingly good with the complete juiciness in it. I love the texture of the wagyu roll.
Garlic Fried Rice
The lovely bowl of garlic fried rice is perfectly well fried till perfection. Aromatic flavours in it and the taste is just perfect. A simple fried rice but makes my day.
And of course never go home without trying their desserts.
Homemade Coconut Ice Cream (RM 12)
Enjoy this homemade coconut ice cream which is being served in the coconut shell. Love the taste of it where the ice cream comes simply fragrant with the coconut flavours and a creamy base.
If you are looking for a nice and cosy restaurant with the modern Japanese touch, rest assured to visit Hisho.
