Smart Menu @ Chili’s

April 28, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

Being one of the kids friendly restaurant, my family love to visit them especially we are going out with Grace. Available in 32 countries, Chili’s is not something NEW to most of us. For those who are not aware, Chili’s is a Tex-Mex restaurant, where they serve Southwestern-inspired and classic American flavours, with a hint of Mexican. And this round we tried their promotional menu here which is available from 3 April 2017 – 26 May 2017 except for their Texas Chicken Poppers.
Mains:

Chicken Fried Chicken with Green Chile Sauce (RM 33.95)
A classic Chili’s favorite, now better! Golden chicken breast resting on green chile sauce and mashed potatoes. Topped with warm country gravy, beef bacon (on the side) bits and slaw. Served with a side of roasted corn. I love this so much where the chicken is well deep fried and the meat remains tender and juicy. Perfectly done and it is indeed match with the green chile sauce giving us the “tang” of light spiciness in it.

Chicken and Biscuit Bowl (RM 32.95)
Plump pieces of smoked, shredded chicken on mashed potatoes. Topped with warm country gravy and fresh cilantro. Served with roasted corn, chile broccoli and a flaky homemade biscuit with Honey-Chipotle butter. I felt this bowl is simply healthy and I am aiming at the roasted corn which is delicious. Chicken remains its juiciness too.
Roasted Poblano Cheeseburger (RM 31.95)
The hearty cheeseburger comes with fresh guacamole, mixed cheese blend, roasted jalapeno and pickled red onions. Served with homestyle fries and house-made garlic dill pickles.
Puffy Tacos with Grilled Chicken (RM 26.95)
I am in love with the tacos. Enjoy the two crisp puffy tacos where each filled with tasty grilled chicken, a slice of avocado, slaw, pickled red onions, crumbled feta cheese, cilantro aioli and Santa Fe sauce. Served with rice and black beans with housemade pico de gallo. It is simply flavourful and delicious.

Appetisers (NEW ITEM)

Texas Cheese Poppers (RM 15.95)
Enjoy the breaded cheese bites with Monterey Jack, cheddar cheese & cilantro. Served with Chipotle-Ranch sauce for dipping. This is simply addictive and each mouthful is filled with the fragrant of cheese in your mouth. Yummz!
Why not visit Chili’s now for a great meal with family.
