Lobster and Abalone Symphony Dinner Buffet at Park cafe of Park Hotel Hong Kong

Park café of Park Hotel Hong Kong will present “Lobster and Abalone Symphony” Dinner Buffet in this autumn. Our Executive Chef has highlighted the finest jet-fresh lobsters and abalone and crafted a variety of luscious delicacies together with Park café signature dishes to pamper guests’ taste buds.

The highly recommended hot dish in“Lobster and Abalone Symphony” Dinner Buffet is Lobster and Seafood in Casserole Korean Style. The soup base is an authentic Korean recipe which is made of various fresh fishes, Kimchi and Korean Chilli Sauce. With a plentiful choice of seafood like lobster, shrimps, clams and mussels squid, you will be fascinated by the dish’s richness. The classical Chinese lobster cuisine Stir-fried Lobster Claws with Deep-fried Garlic is our next recommendation, its aromatic and spicy flavour will never fail to tempt your palate. While for another featured ingredient, Abalone, the must-try items include Abalone and Chicken Congee with Purple Potato and Quinoa and Pan-fried Lobster and Abalone Cake with Sweet Corn. The congee of the former possesses strong fragrance of purple potato and rich in flavour. While for the latter, the deep-fried lobster and abalone cake is delicately coated with fresh bread crumbs to enhance the crispiness of the cake. Don’t forget to sample our palate-delighting Roasted Abalone in Japanese Style and Roasted Lobster with Sea Salt and Black Truffle Sauce, you will be impressed with its tenderness and sweetness, each patron will be offered one complimentary serving of the abalone and lobster. Other signature dishes, including Lobster and Green Apple Salad with Chia Seeds, Stir-fried Lobster and Geoduck with Bell Chili and Sambal Sauce, Oysters Kilpatrick with Shredded Abalone, Baked Escargot and Abalone with Cheese in Mashed Purple Potato, Roasted Abalone and Lobster Vol-au-vent and Fettuccine with Abalone, Seafood and Chia Seeds in Cream Sauce will be also served on rotation basis to satisfy the cravings of abalone and lobster lovers!

Other than the above signature dishes, 5 kinds of seafood including New Zealand Oysters, Canadian Snow Crab Legs, New Zealand Blue Mussels, Sea Whelks and Prawns will be severed in Oysters and Seafood Platter as always. In addition, the meaty and sizzling specialties like Pan-fried Foie Gras, Prawns, Assorted Skewers and Double-boiled Abalone and Chicken Soup with Fish Maw and Conch Meat are available daily at Grilled Station, promising the freshest dishes for you to relish. If you are Japanese food aficionados, do not miss our Sashimi Counter, which daily serves Salmon, Herring, Shrimp, Snapper and Octopus, are freshly-sliced by our Sushi Chef. Moreover, assorted Salad, Cart Noodles and various Curry Delights are also introduced into the buffet to satisfy your palate.

Exquisite desserts always round off the meal perfectly. Vying for attention are Baked Purple Potato Soufflé with Quinoa, Japanese Kyoho Grape Mousse Cake, Serradura Pudding with Purple Potato and Quinoa, Mango Mille-feuille, Crème Brûlée with Blueberry, Purple Potato and Fresh Fruit Custard Tart, Chocolate Fountain and assorted mini cake. What’s more, MOVENPICK Ice Cream from Switzerland is always the most seductive dessert in the buffet and 10 flavours are ready daily. Enjoy your most-liked flavour with cooked-to-order Waffle or Pancake, ice cream aficionados will definitely be addicted to its tastiness.
