Our Executive Chef has highlighted the finest jet-fresh lobsters and abalone and crafted a variety of luscious delicacies together with Park café signature dishes to pamper guests’ taste buds.

The highly recommended hot dish in“Lobster and Abalone Symphony” Dinner Buffet is Lobster and Seafood in Casserole Korean Style. The soup base is an authentic Korean recipe which is made of various fresh fishes, Kimchi and Korean Chilli Sauce. With a plentiful choice of seafood like lobster, shrimps, clams and mussels squid, you will be fascinated by the dish’s richness. The classical Chinese lobster cuisine Stir-fried Lobster Claws with Deep-fried Garlic is our next recommendation, its aromatic and spicy flavour will never fail to tempt your palate.
