FOOD, DRINK AND MUSIC AT ARTHUR’S BAR & GRILL, SHANGRI-LA HOTEL, KUALA LUMPUR

A varied menu of classic dishes, snacks and desserts which complement the drinks at Arthur’s Bar & Grill in the Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.
Lamb Shepherd’s Pie, Chicken Milanese, New England Seafood Chowder and Truffled Mac & Cheese are among the classic dishes on the menu.
Diners can also look forward to New York Style Spaghetti Meatballs, Pennette Pesto Genovese and Black Ink Linguini with seafood.
This Manhattan-style bar and grill is the place to chill out at lunch and dinner, with its wide range of beer and wines and signature cocktails.
Appetisers and snacks to go with the drinks include oysters, freshly shucked or grilled in the Kilpatrick or Rockefeller styles and Seared Yellow Fin Tuna with pineapple and maui onion jalapeno relish. Then there are Spicy Snow Crab, Albondigas Beef Balls in spicy tomato sauce and Fried Octopus with Thai chilli dip.
The Australian Black Angus Prime Rib is an all-time favourite in Arthur’s Bar & Grill, but now there is also Mixed Grill of beef fillet, lamb chop and seafood skewer, and Lamb Rack Chops. Lemon Tart in a Jar, Tahitian Vanilla Crème Brulee and Double Chocolate Pecan Nut Brownie are some of the desserts on the menu.
Different bands perform every Friday from 6.30pm to 10pm at Arthur’s Bar & Grill. Guests can enjoy various music genres, from jazz to R&B, pop and reggae.
Happy Hour is from 5pm to 8pm daily and you can enjoy:
• Beer by the bucket of 6 bottles at RM88 nett (Carlsberg or Tiger)
• Kilkenny beer at RM25 nett, Asahi at RM24 nett
• Beer in Tower at RM140 nett (Carlsberg or Tiger)
• House wine by the glass, buy one get one free.
• Selected cocktail by carafe at RM65 nett (Shangri-La Pimm’s Cup, Moscow Mule, Dark & Stormy)

Monday to Thursday: 12noon-1am
Friday & Eve of Public Holidays: 12noon-2am
Saturday: 5pm-2am
Sunday & Public Holidays: 5pm-12midnight
