It is pleasure invited by Le Meridian and Citibank on the great event. In here lucky contestants walked away with a three-day-two-night stay at the Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur after their suggestions in the Citibank Malaysia’s Challenge the Chef campaign were selected by the hotel’s executive chef Antoine Rodriguez. The campaign with the partnershp with Citibank Malaysia and Starwood Hotel and Resorts was launched last December in Citibank Facebook page

Users nominated a combination of two of their favourite dishes. Rodriguez then selected the three best ­entries to be combined into an East-meets-West dish.

Roti Jala Surf & Turf
Satay in Scotch Egg

Lim Wui Zhuan’s combination of durian roti canai, Noor Zhafarini Noorizan’s roti jala surf & turf, and Muhammad Falihin Jasmi’s satay in Scotch egg were the chef’s choices.

At the prize-giving ­ceremony held at the hotel recently, winners and guests were given a taste of Rodriguez’s ­interpretation of those food ideas.
