In this spring, Sheraton Hong Kong and PAUL & JOE BEAUTE jointly presents a relaxing afternoon treats in French romantic style to you and your beloved at Sky Lounge. Inspired by the concept of PAUL & JOE BEAUTE’s latest spring makeup collection, “Papillons de Printemps”, meaning “butterflies of spring”, the award winning culinary team at the Sheraton tailor made a romantically exquisite afternoon tea set that brings you to the endless field of PAUL & JOE BEAUTE colorful world. Exclusive gifts and shopping offers from PAUL & JOE BEAUTE will be presented along with the afternoon tea set this Spring from February to March – enjoy the sweetness with your beloved and embrace the love and romance in the air!
Inspired by the concept “Papillons de Printemps” series, the Hotel’s head pastry chef perfected the culinary experience with delicate floral pastries and luscious savories prepared with handpicked seasonal spring ingredients. Highlights include the tang and refreshing raspberry and lemon pavlova, the mouth-watering vanilla cupcake topped with a pink chrysanthemum, rose macaron, smoked salmon finger sandwich topped with salmon roe on lemon bread, and lobster with avocado finger sandwich topped with grapefruit caviar on spinach bread – you will be truly impressed by the enticing offerings of gourmet delights at Sky Lounge.
